Marks and Spencer has started a recruitment drive for the new store in Llandudno with nearly 50 jobs up for grabs.
The retail giant is relocating from Mostyn Street to the former Debenhams unit at Parc Llandudno.
They have confirmed the opening as “mid-March” and need another 46 permanent and temporary staff to join their existing store team.
The new store will include 119- seat “digital café”, where customers can order from the new Grab and Go touch screens. Other new features include pick your own eggs and a 4ft long cheese barge.
New store manager, Katie Whelan, who has worked for M&S for 16 year, said: “We’re really looking forward to meeting prospective applicants at the assessment day, which will be held at the lovely Imperial Hotel.
“With so many spots to fill, we’re looking for people with all different specialisms to join our high-energy and dynamic workforce, in flexible roles, created to suit different lifestyles.
“As well as offering five-star training and development programmes allowing colleagues to learn and advance their careers, M&S offer colleagues the chance to explore new passions, such as fashion merchandising or creating content for the store’s social channels – which adds a real element of fun and excitement to the job.”
